A Worldwide Audience

One probably wouldn't have believed that by the end of the night last Saturday that they would have witnessed what is perhaps one of the greatest goals to be produced in MLS, nonetheless see it go viral, but that is exactly what is happening to Eric Hassli's wonder goal. According to MLS Rumors it's been reported on in at least twelve other countries, including the likes of Hassli's homeland France, England, Spain, and Mexico. Amazing isn't it?

Hopefully this will go a ways towards convincing those who look down on Major League Soccer. If anything it certainly gives worldwide exposure to Hassli, the Vancouver Whitecaps, and a little embarrassingly the Seattle Sounders.
